Objective of the Seminar

  • To spread awareness about the POSH Act, 2013

  • To educate participants on identifying, reporting, and preventing sexual harassment at the workplace

  • To explain the formation and role of the Internal Committee (IC)

  • To promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture
